Inês Sousa – she of Mais Alto!, Gato Pintor, of Tipo and Afonso Cabral’s bands, of Julie & The Carjackers – is finally going to release an album under her own name.
Inês’ own songs, arrangements and production prepared in exquisite slow cooking by the trio made up of herself, João Correia and António Vasconcelos Dias. Since Inês is part of the gant, since Inês is one of our favorite voices and our favorite people, her record just had to be a louva-a-deus edition.
And, of course, louva-a-deus will also handle the booking of her shows.
The first single will be out on June 12, everything else will follow soon – welcome home, Inês Sousa!
