DJs louva-a-deus

A micro collective of DJ, made up of the people behind louva-a-deus, a recording studio and booking agency

They are earnest amateurs Afonso Cabral and Francisca Cortesão, both musicians and co-founders of the place, and old pros Filipa Marta (aka Phizz, casamentocool) e João Vaz Silva (aka Sound of Silva), who are also the web designer and the booking agent of this communal venture.

Taking turns in random pairings, besides the events at the studio, these DJs have made parties out of all the shows promoted by louva-a-deus, be it in Musicbox, SMUP, Lux or B.Leza, extending the celebrations before and after the artists in the roster play.

Expect a wildly eclectic selection from this foursome, from Cindy Lauper to Erasmo Carlos, from Mac DeMarco to Marco Paulo, always in search of the best sequence to make you smile and shake your blues away.
