A vital element in recordings and live shows by Joana Espadinha, Cassete Pirata, Minta & The Brook, Bruno Pernadas and Afonso Cabral, among other names on the Portuguese scene, she named her much-awaited solo debut Supermarket Joy.

Live at louva-a-deus, Margarida Campelo, who moves comfortably and in style through pop, soul, R&B and experimental jazz, premieres ‘Eu Sei Que o Amor’, the song she wrote for the 2025 edition of the Festival da Canção, with the guest voices Inês Sousa and Ana Cláudia.

The protagonist’s voice, piano and synthesizers are joined by João Correia (drums) and António Quintino (bass), an infallible rhythm section who also accompanied her in recording of the album, and Raquel Pimpão (piano, rhodes, synthesizer and voice), aka Femme Falafel.
